Fossil Hunting at Lyme Regis

These are great photos. I love how stark the landscape is. Maybe it's the lack of tall trees that's so striking. It looks like you all enjoyed yourselves. Fun fun.

Actually it is a close up of a large rock, I hadn't realized how much it looks like a landscape. Click on the picture and you will be able to see all the fossil ammonites in the rock. The kids came home with their pockets bulging with fossils. Great fun except I am trying to get rid of weight before pack-out and now we have a huge box full of ROCKS in the van to take home with us.
