Yes that is snow. I was not very happy when the youngest yelled "Hey It's Snowing at 7 this morning. By noon the snow had changed to cold rain with the occasional flurry of snow swirling through it. No fun!
That kind of looks like our Spring, this morning. Here we were expecting 3-4 inches of snow and all we got was a dusting. The sun has been out all day and melted it away already.
