We watched during the lunch break, and everybody was really quiet listening to the great speech that Obama delivered...

This was a special day. I am glad your kids got to see it. My daughter's school messed up and the kids missed it. So she caught it on the news and online. Thank God for the Internet! Such a wonderful moment stayed available to her and countless others. God bless.

What a terrific idea. I never thought to document it this way. Your children will have a moment of true history.

I finally got a WW post up over at:

please stop by and have a look when you get a chance. Happy WW!

What's wrong with those goofy kids dancing around for the camera while HISTORY is being made on their TV?! HAH Leave it to Alonzo & Colin to be the ones cheesing at the camera they knew was back there snapping away! We watched first thing in the morning when I got to work!

It was Grayson hamming it up for the camera. He is four. When I told him he was watching history he said, "I don't wanna watch history I wanna watch Boomerang!" Alonzo didn't get in on the act until the last picture. Colin is the one on yellow just laying. If David's camera didn't beep three times before it takes a picture when David uses the camera remote we wouldn't have a problem.

Hi,
Unfortunately we were asleep (it happened at about midnight here). But what a great day for the USA. I love seeing his name and office appear when he is on tv. Makes me think that there is hope for a brighter future.
