Can you even buy anything with a 20? There are .01 coins here, but a 1.0 is less than a penny. I can't even imagine what 20 are worth in an economy with 100trillion notes.

I was wondering the same thing. If you need a bill that says "trilliion," what could you possibly use a 20 for?

Also, how awesome would it be if the tooth fairy left a 50 trillion dollar bill under your pillow? You need to send some of those to me and to Jill immediately!

I have no idea, I can't even imagine. We haven't been to Zimbabwe yet. Dave asked a co-worker to bring back some money for the kids. This is what we got. A 100 trillion dollars. If it weren't so sad it would be funny.

In Burundi the largest bill is worth about eight dollars. I loved going to pay for some car repairs with literally a suitcase full of money.

It was the same way in Jakarta, the largest bill was 100,000 rupiah or about $10. When we bought a new flat screen TV we had to take piles of money. It took forever to count it all out but it just wasn't a good idea to use credit cards so it was the only way to do it. It was surreal to pay a 20+ million for a TV.
