@ Devilish Southern Belle -- My husband snapped the picture somewhere in Frankfurt when we were in a city tour.
@ Catsynth -- I don't speak much German but the large print words "Die Neue Frankfurter Schule" translates to "The New Frankfurt School" I googled it (had to use the translate function) the NSF is the name of group of writers and illustrators who worked for the satirical magazine Pardon.
