You can find it is some asian markets or you can order it online.

I chop an onion finely and saute it until tender then add about a pound of bite sized pieces of boneless skinless chicken and saute it until slightly browned. Add the spice packet and saute it until fragrant, about a minute. Then I add 2 cups of water and a can of coconut milk and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Then add a handful of fresh green beans, some peeled and diced carrots and some peeled and diced potatoes. If you want it spicy also add some sliced red thai chili just before serving, careful they are HOT! I just serve the chilis on the side and stir them in on my plate, because my kids won't eat spicy and I am not cooking two different things. Serve over rice. Yummy!Shannonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12110115324050851439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8896182951003656236.post-41947846267595951222010-12-08T05:23:32.581+04:002010-12-08T05:23:32.581+04:00Wow, if we leave now....seriously, that sounds lik...Wow, if we leave now....seriously, that sounds like an awesome menu!
