Gabriel -- Hopefully about a year. We leave next summer so this is our last big food shipment.

Monica - Peanut butter YUMMMY there are actually 2 cases although only on is visible. PB&J Sandwiches here I come. Now I just need to make bread.

I'm a little disappointed that your PACE caps are green. Didn't picture y'all as 'mild' kinda folk. WIll still read your blog with enthusiasm, however. And congrats on the last consumables shipment! There is light at the end of the tunnel!

I know...Get a rope! Right? I prefer my Pace caps red but the kids can't take the heat. I still have some yellow caps in the pantry. And I have 4 jalepeno plants, tomato plants, some garlic, 2 lemon trees, and a self seeding cilantro patch so I make fresh pico de gallo on a regular basis.

Oh and i am counting down the days until we are home for the holidays. I am going to eat some Mexican food. Barbacoa tacos for breakfast! YUMMMM.
