Beautiful shots, Shannon!!! What kind of a ceremony was that?

@Gabriel Just the beginning of a girls basketball game. The Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps marched out and held the flag for the National Anthem. My son is the one in the bottom picture. He goes to school on the Army Base in Wiesbaden Germany.

Excellent, Shannon, thanks!

Would you like to send me a pic of your Christmas tree so I will publish it next Wednesday? I'm trying to build a tree made of other bloggers' trees!

Very sharp! I was in JROTC in HS in Florida and looking back - I am amazed... such an awesome program, whether you go military or not! It is a good experience. I never performed color guard in JROTC, but I did quite a bit of color guard/honor guard work when active duty - it takes hard work and a lot of practice to make it look so good!
Great job!
